A new and special light---JAXMAN Z3

We have develope a new style light, Z3. See those pictures:

Pictures are from:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001429671157.html?spm=2114.12010611.8148356.2.6be45c6fITTsSg

Have a good day.

Very nice looking and interesting light! Which emitter does it use?

Looks like a Luminus emitter, possibly SST-20 or SST-40.

Is the price going to be $70?

Looks like either SST20 with high cri maybe? Inspection lights need high cri and good beam pattern. Looks nice though! $70 is kind of steep though.

Exuse me, but this picture was made with some photo editor.

Look at this please.

Looks like blocking some light to make die projection round. :person_facepalming:

thank you.
the present LED type is Luminus SST40-w
Tint 5000K.
the LED max. working current is 5A. while Z3 working at 3A current.
I think it is not necessary to power it to max.

I’m sure there is something special about this light but i’m trying to be nice :innocent:

Just curious: what makes you think that?

As far as I know: These inspection lights are not hard or expensive to make at all. All the manufacture did is put a convex lens, instead of conventional optics, in front of the LED.
And their actual beam profile do look like what’s in the picture.

The only reason we don’t see them more often is because only specific jobs need this type of light, thus much less market demand.

Can someone (who has a reddit acct) do me (and the Reddit thread OP) a favor, and forward / reply this thread to the following Reddit thread?

I think this model is exactly what this Reddit OP is looking for.

I don’t have a Reddit acct, and I’m feeling a bit lazy to sign up just for one reply…

Looking for help finding a bright inspection light
