SMALL SUN SIPIK SK68 - $5.99 at DD

Not sure how it stacks up against tomtop clones, but its the cheapest I have seen them.

These are long gone (0 stock). But if you want three of them at that price each you can still order them in their wholesale page. No clue about the quality. Never bothered to get them at DD.

Get one of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/170754743854?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_3794wt_970

best one i have and reading post on the forum one of the best ones around i think

auwch that sucks :(

Yeah, I wish I could get one frm Ebay with 3 modes, but they dont ship to my country either, they state that if 10% of packages are lost in transit to destination country they cease shippments to those destinations :(

Thats why I got 4 pieces single mode one for 6$ a piece from TomTop_W on ebay, noticed that I could have gotten the same flashlight from DD for even cheaper and choose colors, but thats not much of a difference, unless my package gets lost in transit and I have to re-order then it will be defo DD :D

Hmm... Ordered 2x sk68:

"Thank you for purchasing with us online at DinoDirect .

SIPIK SK68-3W Cree Q3 Adjust Focus LED Flashlight (1*AA Battery) Gray USD$ 5.99 x 1"

AA only. For just a little bit more get the Q5 that can take 14500 also.

I get the usual sorry only 0 in stock...

"AA only. For just a little bit more get the Q5 that can take 14500 also."

I am positive that sk68 from DD can take 14500 too. Every sk68 clone or not has been able to run 14500 - at least from my experience.

"I get the usual sorry only 0 in stock..."

I got that too, but than I ordered from wholesale site - one black and one gray sk68 with no problem...

same for me time ago, but many have troubles ordering from whosale

I got one from DD, the one that cost little over $6 before the prices spiked. It's branded Sipik SK68 and has perfect focus, runs on 14500.

I got one from TT as well, rated for AA only, but also works on 14500. The one from TT is a tiny bit out of focus on full zoom.

I've got a few more on the way. I'll probably risk putting 14500 in those as well and expect all to happily run that way.

Viktor

I couldn't order this light..kept getting 0 stock..there was one for 11$ that I ordered and stated 14500 battery in the description..I got an 8$ gift card that I didn't think I was getting so I ordered it..with DD points and gift card I paid 1.21$ lol..

you can order it, also just 1, only from whosale so no coupons usable, on retail are out of stock

ah well too late now..order is placed..I tried the wholesale but it said 3+ so I didn't attempt it..good to know if I order another ;)

mine are still traveling... italy we take all so easy...post employed in head xD me too don't care, will come when will be the time xD

i estimate another week, than will give you more info, probably confirming viktori

DD IS THE BEST!! jajaja

I also ordered just one through the wholesale site. My first Sipik :) Hopefully.... it is in the mail right now. At least DD says it is.

LOL…love their description…

  • 5000mA driver (to a Q5 no less!)
  • 800 lumen
  • 3*AA or 1*14500 / 1*AA (3*AA...not!)

I do like the stainless (is it though?) bezel and what does appear to be HA-III ano on the body.

Pocket clip is worthless and judging from the crooked switch boot the internals are assembled poorly.

that everybuying one is a twisty

twisty? The text does say "rotate its head" but it also says "the effective conductivity to prevent the negative phenomena falling."

I'd bet on rough translation and that it's a regular push-to-focus sipik-clone. Just guessing of course.

Meanwhile, I've been looking for a 3-mode that hasn't had its price bumped to $50 recently, while waiting for Shiningbeam to get the 15mm driver back in stock.
