Ordered from cn quality. How long to Texas? ten days and counting.
I've never ordered from CNQuality, but a fast order from Manafont typically takes about 3 weeks. Orders from DX typically take longer, but that's due to delays on DX's end. I think the quickest I have ever received a shipment was two weeks, and that was a one-time-only event occurrence.
Depends on whether it's sitting at ICS in NYC. Usually I receive my orders in 10 days from shipping when I order from CQG. My DRY I ordered is a different story. Ric shipped it on 2/5, it was processed through HKP on 2/8 and arrived at US Customs in New York on 2/9 where it's been sitting for 2 weeks now. I've been reading nightmares online from folks who've had their order stuck/lost at ICS for 45+ days. I hope you have better luck than I've had with this order.

When shipped promptly I'll usually get my item between 10 and 14 days.
Currently I have some XTAR batteries on day 6 at ICS. I'm starting to realize the biggest hold up in the shipping process is generally with ICS. Now, I'm not usually one to defend the federal worker with 97 tax paid holiday's, but I do understand the huge burden put on customs in this country. Imagine the number of consumers and the level of consumption.
