Any Ideas For STREAMLIGHT StingerXT Mod???? Where to start. Trash can first option.. Battery, Dropin, LED, Pill or Heatsink???

OK question TRASH IT or MOD IT?..

I have a STREAMLIGHT StingerXT. Anybody mod this or links to mod. or ideas for mods from driver, LED, pill. blah you know.. pics below they are Mouse overs. doesnt look wide enough for 26650 to fit. ideas please

Over on CPF, creative machinist FiveMega in California has introduced a number of mods to the head, body, and reflectors of Stingers, including the XT. Search there or on Google.

I'd offer it in a BLF raffle if you don't want to mod it ..

spending 4$ to ship it to some lucky winner is probably a better way of getting rid of it than just tossing it in the trash . That just seems like a waste .Add a few misc items and ...spin the big wheel .

One man's trash is another man's booty........ or something like that. Give aways are a good way to get rid of the trash and let someone else have a little fun with it.

The only time I throw it out is if I'm so pissed that it FEELS GOOD!!!, to throw it really hard into the garbage bin!

Hey yall thanks for the suggestions .. Will investigate the leads Paul_in_Maryland pointed me to. But no worries ill not trash it and be sure to wheel of fortune it giving dorpmuller two spins or at least a bigger spot on the wheel. For now ill back burner the idea while i investigate the mods available for it. As i have a machinist friend that can help me if needed. Thanks again.

Thanks for the update... I do these mods for the same reason as Old Lumens-keep occupied and it's cheap therapy.
