Why do they think that "it looks like linoleum" is a proper answer for "is it made of rubber"? 
I guess with electronics being a high take-back industry with pickier customers, some sellers get to not care as much after a while. And there are mighty poopy sellers out there, foreign and domestic.
This one is considered one of the best in the area here...
