Budget 18650 T6 light with close to 3A driver?

Hi,

I am buying lights at dealextreme and many of the T6 lights there are specified close to 3A with 900 or more lumen, but looking at the recession there they seldomly really reach that output since they are under driven.

who can recommend a single 18650 light that is inexpensive, really draws close to 3A (and outputs close to 900 lumen) and has a good heat sink?

What would you define as 'budget'?

XinTD C8 at $30 seems to fit your requirements quite well, you can get it with either U2 (cool white) or T6 (neutral white, few lumens less) and various driver modes (at least on intl-outdoors, no idea about other shops)
