ISC New York (shipping Question???)

Curious, I have an Ultrafire XML light in transit that has been at the ISC facility New York facility since 3/19 (according to USPS tracker).

How much time should I give them before I start to make phone calls and following up with my local USPS branch? I am located in California.

What have been some of your recent experiences in this regard?

thanks in advance.

Yes; my last (tracked) package from MF spent about a week in NY before I received it. There have been a few other posts here reporting similar issues...

There was a post with links to an F.A.Q. (or something similar) about how long the ISC has to process a package and procedures for & experiences with trying to contact them. Post wasn't too long ago.

EDIT - here it is. See the link at this linked post.

Great thanks for that link!!

My status says "Processed through sort facility"... I guess that literally means its passed "through" that hub then. I'll sit tight.

thanks

I've had more than one item stuck in ISC NY for around 10 days. I wouldn't worry too much about it at this point.

My old TomTom order (which never arrived) got to "ISC Chicago" status and that's where it sat. I'm guessing they lost the package.

Garry that sucks. I wonder if one of those Customs agents ripped you off? That would blow!
