I just tried to log onto BLF and it was down. After 5 minutes of constant refreshing it now works. 
had a hickup during a post, lasted for 5 minutes and I got a page of SQL errors. seems to be ok now.
That does happen from time to time. What has bothered me for a week or so now, is that the site is getting very slow. It takes minutes instead of seconds to load sometimes, or it times out and I am not having that issue on any of my other normal sites, so I think it's here. Hope that gets resolved.
This has been happening to me too and I thought it was just my set-up or connection.
It has been really slow for me for the past week, but I just assumed that was because I'm using dial-up.
I haven't noticed it being that slow.
me neither.. not really slow! well..... on my ipod it wasnt the fastest, but on my pc its nothing different from other websites!
maybe depends on the time you use it?
Im not in the US timezone, so that might make a difference!
I got it last night and it says the configuration is set with too low a maximum # of connections to the database. Kind of one of those things where the first 100 people in it works fine for, its #101 that gets errors. As we grow, those #s have to get adjusted. It is a bit of a balancing act because the system reserves resources for the number of connections you specify. So set it too low and people cant get in, set it too high and its slow when you do get in.
I'm sure Mr. Admin will find a happy medium here shortly, just takes some time.

15 minutes vs. all weekend? We'll give you a pass on this one.
Don't be so hard on yourself, I would say you're doing just fine, if you were really terrible we would be seeing something like this all weekend.
