Don't worry. I keep my Zebralight in my pocket at all times. I had a security guard give me a weird look when I was going through a security checkpoint at an amusement park and dropped my light in the basket before going through the metal detectors.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Last saturday i took mine to a party and tried showing it off to people that didnt even care, but after drinking for a while I showed people even if they didnt want to see it.............. :p :beer:
There was even a open field behind the house that i was seeing how far it would throw
It's more impressive if act like you're actually not trying to impress them .start with about a 150 lumen light and accidentally blind them then when they are sufficiently impressed already you can whip out the big guns .

Showing a woman your lights is about the same as her showing you her new shoes .
You'll have a better chance of impressing her by simply hitting her over the head with it
