Im confused selecting which flashlight is better. Here my wishlist
budget light forum -- my budget also limited.
300lm Cree Q5, C8 flashlight from TOMTOP (11.52$)
Cree Q5, C8 flashlight from BuyinCoins (8.49$)
1300lm Cree XM-L from BuyinCoins (11.89$)
I'd be more worried about the seller taking 3 months to deliver. All of those lights are garbage compared the new garbage that at least has a XML6. You can find XML lights at that same price and get much better performance out of them. I'd keep looking unless you are stuck on the style of these exact lights.
Others have scored Ultrafire C8-XML lights on ebay for as low as $15-20. I'd go that route.
There are far too many positive comments floating around about the HD2011 for it to be ignored.

I dont have first hand experience with these lights though... so take my advice for what its worth.
