26650 thrower ?

is this forum with pics by the way? or no? i want to upload a pic

You can link to pictures elsewhere, but you cant upload pics directly to the forum.

Use the insert image option when you post

Here's a thread on how to post images on BLF:

In the normal reply screen, click the 7th button from the left, looks like a small photo of a sunset. (B, I, U, S, link, film strip, insert image) It’s a good idea to use the “Optional Relative Width ” to size your picture to fit the screen it’s being viewed on, this keeps the smart phone people happy. You can use 100 or lower, as you wish, which applies to the actual screen it’s being viewed on… someone at their desk with a large monitor sees a larger picture but fit to their 1920 monitor, say, while someone on a smart phone sees the full size picture at say 350 pixels, still filling their ”monitor” but not overlapping and causing issues with scrolling the page.

I’ll usually upload a reduced size picture to a place like Image Shack, then when I go to port it over to BLF I use the 1600x1200 link. When posting in here I fill both the top section and bottom section with the link and then use either 100% or 50%, whatever, so it’s viewed to match their screen… by filling in the bottom section with the link it can be clicked on to view in a new window at full size (or the 1600x1200, whatever you chose… smaller size helps to preserve bandwidth for our Admin. )

Machine finish clear anodized Convoy L2, 1600x1200 served here at 100%…

Same pic served here at 45%…

Same pic again, this time shared full sized but with a 25% control when sharing, clicking it opens a new window to see it as it was uploaded to the sharing site. Click on this one and the resulting image in a new window will be able to again be clicked for a 100% view showing detail. More bandwidth consumed and slower to open pages, so very many full sized images like this one will seriously impair the threads ability to open.

So as you can see, it reduces or sizes the image to fit the screen being viewed on, with a click on image link to the original 1600x1200 photo that was shared.

(This is a good 26650 thrower, by the way.)

That full sized pic is wreaking havoc on my own internet and it’s only half size (downsized to 3456x2304) from my old pro body Canon, a mere 16MP camera. (My newer Canon is 30MP)

I’ll remove that one if/when y’all say so……
