I already have both the LT1 and another SP31 v2.0’s but I ordered another 2, one from Sofirn on Amazon and one from another member here. Why? Because it is simple and has an efficient driver. I really wish that it had a shortcut to low, but it’s otherwise the perfect light. I found I was carrying my SP31 V2.0 as much as my vaunted FW3A, and while the FW3A is great for close in work, the LH351D 5000k “dogfart” I replaced the XP-L HI with makes a great compromise between spill and flood, and although there is a little green tint shift in the corona, it’s not really noticeable in daily use while the low CRI of the XP-L HI is noticeable. I also want to stuff an SST-20 2700k 95CRI LED in one of these lights for regular use because I miss incandescent, not to mention it’s easier on the eyes at night.
