Bad experiences with "premium" courier service.

Sorry to hijack the thread but… here’s another update.

No delivery again today after being promised, surprize! and after another most helpful web chat the issue has been escalated to depot inquiry which essentially means they have “lost” the package. Again. Twice. In a row. :laughing:

You can check out some of this company’s antics by doing a search, apparently they have been this way since 2013 at least.

Here’s a wee list of their top ten, not suitable for sensitive types.

Damn you have some bad courier services.

I feel so lucky with Canada Post here. They always deliver the package right on time, and in the right place.

UPDATE 180622:

Now that I asked them to deliver the goods to my friend’s address in JKT which he said free of any charges….The other person are now asking for another charge:
