I don’t suppose so, sorry. There is in fact 219B in product title but I believe this is mistake.
I use here product titles directly from BG product pages that’s the reason 219B is mentioned as well.
I believe 219C is used here because it can handle higher current and the tint difference is not that significant between the two.

i have mf-01, astrolux s42, both use 219c
i like 219b tint more, i used to have manker e14 quad 219b. The tint is more “Rosy” and warmer than 219c
Please note that the tints are not specified for both LED types so this may not be the case in the future as different LED batches can have different tints…
