I also ordered a NW one, as I really like the one I received a long time back. After correcting some minor issues it is a great light, one of my favs. I didn’t see that one needed to check the box for the gift of (2) 18650 cells as I just assumed they were ‘included’. Anyone else do that? Not sure I checked it or not?

I contact them on live chat and they told me that there is customs ban and that it can’t be shipped.
I told that already one 26650 cells is with ligth and it is not logical that other 2x 18650 can’t be shipped since one is already shipped, they told me sorry but in this moment there is no shipping options for cells separately to your location, only ones who cames with light in same package…
