My payment with Paypal had both items listed, the Astrolux S43S with the price and the Sharp Eagle ‘gift’ for 0.00$. That’s why I applied for a partial refund.
I used to spend a lot with Banggood but not in the past year. Their prices on some newly arrived articles were very good. I was not able to match the prices anywhere else but for things that have been on the market for a long time they are mostly more expensive than I could find elsewhere. They also started charging for shipping for items that had free shipping in the past. It was really annoying to buy half a dozen items and have them hold up the entire order for weeks while one was out of stock. Annoying enough for me to go away.

I ordered a Convoy S2+ with a free charger but the free gift never showed up in my order details so there is no way I can open (and win) a dispute. Did the free gift showed up on your order details?
The Banggood gifts are fake.
Ordered Item where the gift was in stock, some day later they send out of Stock mail.
Ignoring my suggestions for alternative solution and closed the case without any answer after 3 days and refund me 0,-$ 
and some useless points.
They are not just yet interessted to make more money as i offered them to buy an expensive Flashlight for the price of an expired coupon.
Well, lesson learned… 
So here is the end of the story:
Paypal stated everything is well, closed the dispute and gave me back nothing. I contacted Banggood again and they gave me 500 points.
I then used all the points I had for a big discount when the Astrolux MF01S was on app only offer. App only offers are great because the discount is good and gets even better when you use Banggood points. 500 points give around 5$ discount.
The problem is solved for me now as I also like my Astrolux S43S very much. 
I hope they won’t offer fake gifts any more.

I ordered an 18650 case and a gift earphone. After placing my order, the 18650 case ran out, I waited a month and it still ran out. Bangood Customer Service has modified my order for another product of my choice and I will receive it shortly
