Got my Opus charger today, all looks great. The IR test does not seem to be all that accurate. Seems to be about 2x the IR than my other charger states, and will vary by about 10 +/-. Not a big deal as these tend to not be too accurate
Got 4x new 30q being tested right now to see what the discharge test says

Please let us know the result of your tests Pulsar. I was debating between Opus and Liitokala 500, and ended up ordering a Liitokala. I’ve heard that Liitokala 500’s IR test is far less accurate compared to Opus though, but I am fine with it.

Well, I am mostly testing the cells to see if they are real right now. Can do a run with a pair on my old charger. That one typically puts the IR between 20-25ish and mah right around 3000 with newer 30q
My 18650 use leans heavily towards my ecig. When my 30q internal resistance hits about twice what they were new I will retire them to less demanding flashlight use. Mostly only test them to see relative degradation to make sure they are still “safe” for heavy use
