Hahaha your emails prove nothing. They offer no details specific to you paying for the SC26 flashlight nor is there any proof who sent them. Or if they are real emails or just nonsense you typed out or heavily edited.
Terry, you’re debating a completely separate issue. While there certainly is a disagreement between you and Haikelite regarding the financials of the MT09R, the purchases of the sc26 for which you accepted money (but will not refund) is what everyone is talking about. The reason this is blowing up is because you were dishonest in telling the group buy that the sc26’s had been shipped, when you clearly knew they had not.
You are right there is no tracking and there never turned out to be any. That is my point. you can read where payment was made, then a shipment that was said to be shipping but never did..
There are hundreds of these. One reason one excuse after another, one lie after another. But I am the one lying.
I have completed all I am even going to try to. If you want to back that horse (Haikelite) have at it.
Think about it.... why do you not see any of these new models for sale on Chinese websites... THE DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS.... not me...

All these messages doesn’t prove what you want to prove Terry. It just shows that HL was trying to support you, shows that they were losing money on the MT09R GB, what they were willing to pay TA, and that there was going to be future pre-sale on January 4, 2018 (most likely the SC26). Additionally, that they were PLANNING on shipping you the SC01 and a SC26 sample, there was no confirmation that it WAS SHIPPED.
I wrote on another post, now assuming these messages were from Dale, that Dales’ english is good enough to communicate confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
This all is nice that you’re sharing Terry, but what does this have to do with refunding the SC26 GB?
How is possible you are so stupid as to not understand YOU have the group buy money. No one is waiting on anything from Haikelite. YOU never paid them. YOU are committing fraud.
Posting up private business emails is incredibly unprofessional, it’s no way to run a business.
