The pill just unscrews from the inside, same with the standard Hobi and Spy versions.
No glue on those models? Any preference in metals? I may order another model without charging built in so that’s why im curious
I’ve had no glue on any that I’ve seen.
Titanium is my favorite material followed by stainless steel, copper then brass.
The fairy only comes in brass I think, Ti, SS & brass for the spy & lighter, and all four for the Hobi+.
I’ve done quite a few builds with these lights and pill capsules 
Last question. Do you know the best trit size to use for the hobi plus (probably the same for others too I imagine)
Yeah it’s the 6mm x 1.5mm.
