If Ali knows you order from Poland, or sniffs your IP, they will include VAT (23% in Poland).
Edit: I tried it for myself. Ignoring the “welcome deal” bit it will cost me € 58.90 (at 21% VAT in NL).

Yes, import tax included in price seems to be the answer. Thank You EU 
Import taxes do exist, but they are a low percentage, and only starting at a certain amount. So almost negligible. But in NL the customer has to pay 21% Value Added Tax on the sales price (wherever bought) + the shipping cost. On top of that I have to pay a handling fee to the private company that does the paperwork for me.
So in real life I am glad to pay a price inclusive VAT to Ali, and thereby evading paying the handling fee. And leave it to Ali to pay my VAT to my government.
That is still a lot of money so you pay 21% on top of what you buy?, say 100 Euro plus 21 Euro on top?. We are only paying the 10% GST (good and services tax) up until a few years ago we had no tax on imported items up to $1000 AUD.

Clink on the link and it should work, the 2.32 is in USD without tax as the tax rate is different all around the world.
What price does it show you?
Interesting try and clear your cache? It could be a region only price not sure. When i got the link it had that price in the deal the price you see but it updated to this price through the link as i check every link when i put them here.
