Eneloop Pro AAA - best prices?

Yeah the FDK or even duraloops in quantities are still one of the better things to buy off ebay . the Salt lake city seller is a nice source for sub 2$ eneloop pro type cells .
My good LSD AAA’s were all hiding in lights and all my cheap chinese AAA’s which worked ok when new were all falling on their faces [kodak, energizer 15 min.,chinaloops, chinaenergizer, enercell.panasonic orange AAA’s made in china from my cordless phones etc…All of it failing fast
I bought 20 AAA FDK blacks from Utah seller $30 for 20
and 28 AAA LSD Turnigy from hobby king because they were stupid low priced at $1.79 for a 4 pack …They only had 7 packs or I would have bought more
they tested well and will work well for another three or four years then crash and burn .
the turnigy don’t even say where they were made …… My guess is the north pole

For us living in Europe, NKON.NL is one of the best sources for Eneloops.

In the UK Fujitsu AA and AAA are cheaper than Eneloops and have Made in Japan in big letters on the packet, So no chance of getting the lower quality made on China Enloops.

I bought 2 packs of Fujitsu AAA 900mah (Eneloop Pro) and i got around 930mah when i did a break-in using my Maha C9000, I also have 4 packs of the Fujitsu 800mah AAA.

John.

Not the Pro version specifically, but definitely a good price:

Yeah, those are made in Japan Eneloops as they have the green stripe at the top, the made in China Eneloops have the green bar 5mm or so further down the battery according to what i have read.

John.

$5.58 for 4 is a great price

BUT that assumes you paid $99 for PRIME to get free shipping My guess is Amazon loses a lot of business because of their pay to play business model . I don’t even look at amazon any more because of it .

Thanks for that. I got (4) 4 packs on the way.

lol.
Yeah if you joined Amazon Prime and only bought those batteries, you actually paid $104.58…… for 4 AAA batteries.
But I think for most people, once they pay the $$$ they tend to order more from Amazon. That was the idea.
Problem is, I hear lots of people complaining they do not get 2 day shipping even though they paid for Prime membership

Not sure if you’re saying that meaning that many products are not 2-day eligible, or the 2-day shipping doesn’t arrive in 2 days as promised?

If the former, I disagree - almost everything can be had with 2-day shipping if you choose the right seller.

And if the latter - I almost like when my shipments are late! If you have a guaranteed 2-day item that didn’t arrive on time, call Amazon and tell them nicely about the issue. Each time it has happened to me, they have credited me a month of Prime for free - that’s one $8 value. I’ll take that in trade for a day or two shipping delay any time!

In the UK Amazon Prime is £7.99 a month, If i have a few things to order over a month i sign up for prime, and then before my next £7.99 is due to be paid, I stop my membership, I have done this a few times now, no point in paying money if you are not going to order anything, or buying stuff just because you have paid for Prime.
