When it comes to reviews a couple of my favourites are as follows

Techmoan https://www.youtube.com/user/Techmoan

who mainly specialises in car cameras and outdated tech
and

Marques Brownlee https://www.youtube.com/user/marquesbrownlee who is without a shadow of a doubt the best and most professional one man review channel on youtube when it comes to all things tech although since his views became so high for them he now mostly seems to concentrate more on phones and cameras.

I just find his videos enlightening. I mostly agree to what he says but could be too extreme sometimes. He’s entertaining tho!

I like watching rnickeymouse. With an r. Watching these motorcycle riders crash their expensive rockets on a curvy California highway. Rnickeymouse knows just where to set up his cameras. Pretty cool vids, most riders are uninjured.

Some good recommendations here, and I would add (at least, I don’t think any of these are repeats):

Applied Science: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCivA7_KLKWo43tFcCkFvydw/videos
(Ever want to make your own electron microscope?)

Bad Obsession Motorsports: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHvBHWBzzB7NyU5tIiEZHBg/videos
(Just try to only watch one Project Binky episode.)

ElectroBoom: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJ0-OtVpF0wOKEqT2Z1HEtA/videos
(I can’t believe this hasn’t been mentioned yet. Also, “Don’t trust my brother, he talks with an accent”.)

James Bruton: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUbDcUPed50Y_7KmfCXKohA/videos
(He’s working on v.3 of the BB-8 droid, and has also make his own Iron Man suit)

Matt Grainger: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCL5Hf6_JIzb3HpiJQGqs8cQ/videos
(Photography, mostly focusing on Nikon, but other brands thrown in as well. Worth watching for his travelogues.)

Matt Risinger: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFCTrfb1JUJjs3Im8OZDtBw/videos
(Texas homebuilder who I find to be really interesting.)

Red Letter Media: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrTNhL_yO3tPTdQ5XgmmWjA/videos
(These were the people who made the hour+ long critique of The Phantom Menace. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but still funny.)

Regular Car Reviews: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo1pShh6dtg-T_ZZkgi_JDQ/videos
(Another one that isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but some of their reviews are really funny.)

The Art of Photography: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7T8roVtC_3afWKTOGtLlBA/videos
(A photography channel that covers more highbrow subject matter, along with equipment reviews.)

The Dice Tower: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiwBbXQlljGjKtKhcdMliRA/videos
(One of the biggest board game channels on Youtube.)

W2AEW: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiqd3GLTluk2s_IBt7p_LjA/videos
(Covers both amateur radio specific topics as well as more fundamental electronics.)

yovo68: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXX0RWOIBjt4o3ziHu-6a5A/videos
(Another one I’m surprised hasn’t been mentioned yet. More famous as “The 11’–8” Bridge Channel”, where they film trucks hitting a railroad trestle that’s too low.)
