seems first Chinese manufacture copies Aux boards
Its not patented or protected in any way, so nothing ESISAR or I can do about it
I am pretty sure its just LEDs and resistors controlled with MCU

not inspired they bought one had it precisely measured and 3D copied, likely PCBs are 1:1 copies as well
also disassembled an Emisar, Fireflies or Astrolux light as well for the Aux board research

They were selling these on Aliexpress but the seller told me they are “yellow” copper, which means brass. Any idea how we can purchase these copper versions? Cannot buy through Taobao.

Why not? I did a couple of years ago. Has something changed? It was a bit of a bother… Had to xfer $ from paypal to taobao acct… Cn’t get any overpay refunded, so just gave to xfer correct mount. Use google translate.

Judging from the fotos and the reviews on Taobao I’m quite sure that it is the real red copper. The seller sells a brass version separately.

I frequently buy from Taobao using the Taobao agent Superbuy. You can recharge your account there with Paypal and they inspect and ship your orders international. I have made good experiences with them and some special flashlights are available only on Taobao. I think Taobao ships to the United States but not to Europe.

I will definitely get one of the copper or brass flashlights because the price is nice for a copper quad.
