Yeah, it’s a twisty. I’ve had dozens and dozens of lights over the years but surprisingly never owned a Foursevens. I’ve never cared for twisty lights and just about every problem I’ve ever had with a light has been a twisty though I do admit I have some good ones but most of those are single mode.
First and last Foursevens.
Most of the twisties I have are very reliable. The only twisty brands I’ve had problems with are 4sevens and Maglite.
I’ve had so many multi mode twisty lights go bonkers on me that I don’t care to remember. Must just be my bad luck. I much prefer button activated lights especially side switches.
I have one MK II and one MK II Turbo , only the Turbo has a glued pill , or what i would guess it’s just the reflector glued to the pill .
Modding the Mini MK II with fet driver and SST-40 right now , and thinking about changing the optic with a reflector . Part of the mod is already done , i will right some words when it’s done , since it’s a little tricky …
You modders are amazing! Let us know what you come up with.
