Right joe, and so will mine.
2 things come to mind here, from what The Miller said up above. âSo please stop telling yours in regards to firmware for in this case it is only up to Fritz, Tom and TKâŚâ First, this forum doesnât exist, nor does this thread, so one can tell others what to or not to say. And secondly, BLF is widely known for divergence within a thread, we have always and shall continue to always speak our minds here, for this is how ideas grow into fruition and Qlite drivers morph into FET drivers. I am happy to have been a part of all that and salute the Comfychairâs, MattAusâs, Wightâs, RMMâs, ChicagoXâs, PilotDog68âs, WarHawkâs, Old-Lumensâ, MRsDNFâs and everyone else that have changed the face of flashaholism here at BLF. And in the immortal words of Foy, (with some Justin thrown in for good measure) Itiswhatitisandthatâswhatmakesusspecial!
To throw in an unsolicited third thing, itâs up to all of us, the flashaholic consumers, for no matter what the only way it flies is if we buys.
I truly do understand where youâre coming from Wim, and I know how complicated and confusing the massive threads can be, but when you run open, you invite it to be so, itâs really that simple. The alternative is to develop it behind closed doors and have it produced, then offer it for sale to the public, like we see from virtually all others. But then, it wouldnât be special and couldnât be a BLF Limited Edition, could it?
Edit: And for the record, Iâve been using ToyKeeperâs ramping for a looooong time before yâall thought up the soup can light. Over 3 years ago. So ramping wasnât introduced in the Q8, and Comfychair had it back in 2014 as well, Iâve been flashing theirs onto morphed 07N07 equipped FET drivers since the beginning.
