Any 20mm TIR lens fits. I got a whole assortment and they all work fine. I imagine Simon sells 20mm lenses, too, for the S2+, so offhand I’d say yes.

All those cheap USB charging headlamps (a.f.a.i.k.) don’t have current regulation though.
They just have some resistors to limit the current, and they use PWM dimming for the brightness levels.
This means that the brightness of any mode depends on the voltage of the battery (which depends on the charge of the battery).
Even that Eagle Eye not so expensive headlamp works like this.
