If he doesn’t modify it, a samsung 35E, sanyo GA or LG MJ1 might be a better option (3500mAh instead of 3000mAh and still 10A capable).

My place might not be the best, i live on the edge of a small village so we can do some basic shootouts on the meadows, but there are some restrictions

I doubt if there is any place at all in the Netherlands that has no restrictions. I think that about everywhere you will have to alert the police and warn your neighbours what is going on.
