I modify since I like what I like and I don’t see what I want out there for purchase. Sure there are plenty of great flashlights that you can buy, but when you get picky like me, the only option is to modify. Plus it’s fun to plan, buy, wait to receive, and put all the pieces together to make your flashlight. My last flashlight had parts come from 7 different sources and 3 countries.

Now that you have explained it, I can see the connection now, light vs darkness, etc. Just adding to what you have already explained, the fleck marks in Anduril and Narsil are important. They indicate stressors on how to pronounce the names so instead of just saying "Narsil", it is probably meant to be pronounced "Narsiiiil" (I exaggerated the spelling to indicate where the stress is placed). Also, "Biscotti" means biscuits in Italian.
