Emisar D3AA is available now

Ok. If you know its in Grove Park you must have looked at the tracking. You probably did not notice unless you looked again, that is why I asked.

Yeah, I did just the other day. Subbed to the emails for updates, thus the post update. Looking now, appeared to be just a week at LAX.

Ok,Thanks. Looks like I have another 3 days at LAX. Lol!

Final thought[Hopefully] on this.

This is on USPS. It took One day to get from Hong Kong to LA. It has been sitting in LA for Four days! It does not take Four days to unload an aircraft.

I know Hank mentioned it can take 3 to 4 weeks to get our item. This is NOT on him.It is on the USPS In LA! :smiling_imp:

LA is one of the customs stations. Itā€™s probably with customs, not USPS. It usually takes a few days to sort through customs. Once itā€™s in USPSā€™ hands it will move quickly.

Makes sense. My OLD brain did not think of that.

The KR4 I ordered arrived in Chicago on 4/30 but it didnā€™t leave until 5/14. Still hasnā€™t arrived here. With all the things going on in the world, I tend to be forgiving of shipping taking longer.

Thatā€™s pretty fast imo. I pre-ordered the KR4 had it shipped on 4/1 and last update was 4/4 and still waiting on if or when it will leave Asia, I hope I see an update soonā€¦ā€¦ its almost at the 50 day mark with no update. :frowning:

Mine was handed over to the airline on the 14th, and thatā€™s all so far.

Last scan. Mine arrived from the airline. It may be a long wait according to others ongoing experiences. :person_facepalming:

K1 SBT90.2 update:

2020-05-17
Arrival of goods at destination airport

Looks like mine has arrived at ORD in Chicago, so should be here before the weekend. Iā€™ve got a pretty good selection of new 21700 cells to run in it between molicel p42a, t40, and t30. Iā€™ve never picked up the t50 because I donā€™t need that much capacity but I can see the usefulness for people that use lower draw for extended time. But I have way too many lights and batteries. When I charge batteries I like to charge them hard and fast. I like max hp available at all times even if that means a smaller gast tank. But Iā€™ll probably be running the Samsung T30. I donā€™t expect this light to be used at max power for even 1 min before itā€™s too hot. I have many much larger lights with the older sbt or sst90 that get very hot in seconds. Some of those lights have a copper heatsink that is 16 oz. But the real reason I wanted to get this light is that it pushes the limits as to what is possible with high lumens and high intensity in a light that fits in a jacket pocket, even if itā€™s heat limited for a short runtime on max.

^

Hope you get it soonā€¦ Hope it is not in Chicago 6 days like mine has been in LA.!

FYI. It is Samsung 30T,40T and 50 E.

A ā€œFew Daysā€ are the key words. That is what it has taken in the past for the handful of lights that I have gotten from China.

No surprise that the usual 2 or 3 days wait in LA has turned to 6 Plus days because of COVID-19.I am going to try and forget about this light instead of checking tracking 4 or 5 times a day!

Released from customs: customs cleared.

Cleared customs fast! Letā€™s see how long it sitsā€¦

Just got home from work and my K1 SBT90.2 was waiting for me

My batteries however, are due to arrive tomorrow :frowning:

Are you using 4PX tracking?

Mine got to LA on May 14th.and has done nothing since. I know others have waited and still are waiting longer.

Customs does not take Seven[actually today is day 8] days. The more I think about it the worse it gets! lol!

A rule of thumb for me. I always order batteries[if I need them] the same day or before I order my light. I have had my P42Aā€™s for Two weeks now!Nothing worse than a brand new torch and no batteries! That has never happened to me.

When did you order your batteries?

Thatā€™s the thing, I ordered some batteries two days after I ordered the light (from a UK seller) so they should have been here sometime last week! But the parcel has been lost by the delivery company (My Hermes). So Iā€™ve now ordered some more and they should be here tomorrow. Comes to something when a light from China gets here faster than some batteries 100 miles away!

I played with my K1 with SBT90.2 last night, thing is a beast, super happy with it and super surprised at the heat a single emitter can produce.

I just need to muck around with the thermal config, but Iā€™m never in a place where I know the temperate accurately lolā€¦
