A XP-G or G2 on 16mm star ( $2.46), and a 800ma 5 mode booster ($2.18) (it should be able to handle 3~vdc of an CR123 battery easily)
Roughly 9~ bucks and you have a pretty solid little pocket light

Do you guys know of a good 1xCR123 light around $25 US without visible PWM, and sold on eBay?
There’s the Fenix E15 for $26, and the Jetbeam BC10 for $29.
Are there more that I’m missing?
Go for the BC-10.
