I will ask those who are interested in VG-10 quad to open your hosts and specify which version do you have:

1. 
   Old version from one of chinese websites. Head internal surfaces are complete anodized (no shiny machined surfaces), o-ring between reflector and stock glass lens. Bezel is flat from bottom.

2)
Medium version from amazon deals. Head is machined inside, o-ring around glass lens (between bezel and reflector). Bezel have rim so glass enters inside bezel.

3)
Epic fail version from thorfire GB. Extra aluminium disc and LB pcb under main pcb.

4)
Shadow VG10

Lol, I have # 2 and @#$% 3. Are you makings kits for all 3?

№1 and №2 have same spacers but different liners.
№3 fits spacer from M2 and (I hope) one from two first liners.
I think I will start with №1 just because it will be tested sooner than others.

No-no, I will provide meteor-style set for Q8 when it will be ready.
Now I mean just simple disc to fill empty place under pcb in cheap SRK clones.

C8 aluminium kits are in work. Until I havent used all 35mm aluminium rod for C8 kits you can say if you want to have X6, X7 or F13 spacers made from aluminium.
Copper rod for Courui pills is ordered. Please give me suggest where else it (OD 45mm) can be used.

C8 sets will be available in a week. Price will be $11 for set from al spacer, al liner and gitd o-ring. Still have some XP 32 boards, A6 drivers, lightened tailswitch boards. Cute-3SS optics will be stocked in the mid of April.
I think I will make limited quantities of rare parts, so if you need Courui D01 copper pill, please let me know asap.

I have #3 the @#$& version. Actually the first light I “built” I cut and sanded a piece of spare copper as a spacer. I would like a professional built spacer for a triple though lol.

When Ive wrote “VG10”, Id mean thorfire.
Shadow may be same, Im not sure. If you can take several measurements, I can send you those numbers that I have for no.1 so we could compare them.

Count me in! I got 5 with the “bad” setup. Would be nice to have a Cu slug that fills the shelf and also presses against the sides for nice thermal contact (vs just sanding flat and soldering together a bunch of pennies).

We were talking about spacers for quad mod. When some members asked me to make it real I couldnt realize that 3 or 4 different versions of VG10 exist.
If there is more demand of simple spacers to replace stock plates, I will think about it, but I agree vwpieces that more easy way is replacing stock reflector with M2 one.

For this day, I have confirmed design of n.1, n2 will be checked soon.
I really hope that 1st, 2nd and 4th versions can fit same spacer, while 3rd can fit M2 spacer. Probably, 1st and 3rd can use same centering ring.
Im not planning to make lots of extras of each version, if you really need one you still have several days to contact me with the version you need.
