It looks like the charger that the Convoy BD series lights use. A plus is that it’s waterproof, a minus is it’s easy to loose the adaptor. Kind of an odd choice.
The P2 SST-40 has on average 13% higher luminosity.

With a 13% improvement, 3000 lumen output from a bare LED would be possible, and at 90% efficiency optical efficiency, 2700 lumens on turn on would be possible.
No flashlight is 90% efficient. I use 75% as a general average. I also don’t count the lumens you see for a split second on the meter right at turn on. Doing so just confuses people. I try to give more of an ANSI FL1 type reading. (Certain lights don’t last 30 seconds, so I might do a 15-20 second measurement) I think the FL1 specs are a more fair and realistic measurement that people can relate to.
