Good light, but clip to head place is alarming. There must be a gap or rotating head will cling to clip. In the picture is not clear.
If there was a gap people would complain the clip is not tight enough, just lift it a little when turning the head. 
Could probably bend that clip a bit, or remove it altogether. I guess the body is quite a bit shorter than the I MK
