You are right,that’s about 2.5times smaller,but looking at these numbers,thermal pad surface area is 1.8mm2? Maybe I wrong assumed that lux T is 2mm2? Not a single picture of its die on the internet.

Well, I saw at the Sinkpad site that they already carry an aluminium (and maybe also copper?) Sinkpad for the Luxeon T led, so this sounds like a Job for Illumination Supply! (3500K, 80 CRI please!)
