Yea … I placed and paid for my SS35-1 on Sept. 22. To date no reply from neal. All I want is a refund at this point.
Don’t worry Neal is good. I placed over $200 single order with him without any problem. If I recall correctly in China they hv internet access problem i.e if his VPN having problem he won’t be able to get back to you. Be patience

I agree. I thought mine was DOA. The long press to turn on is a bit annoying. Long press to turn off is ok.
