Sure. I updated it again with the correct location of the strobe identifiers. I'd moved some stuff around recently and wasn't sure.
Anyway, still a problem of the board before even deciding if bistro-HD will work. Blank chip is a problem. If I had one I could figure out if it the board wires up like an attiny would, but I can't tell from those pictures.
