I was charging it with an iphone charger in a standard 120v outlet, it stayed red the whole time at least 7 hours, but I did charge it off a PC usb port prior to this and it did turn green at a normal time. It is weird, maybe a firmware glitch? I will try next time with a usb meter and see if that tells me anything.
well I charged on PC usb + cable light comes with, and got the green light within an hour, so I guess I will try a few different sources and see if the fault happens again.

i got another green one from the BF freebie deal, anybody interested in trading I would take any other color.
I haven’t had a problem with low voltage so far.
Charged it up after more than a month, and my “USB Tester” showed ~32 mAh consumed. i.e. routhly 50% of the expected capacity, though that’s not accounting for losses. Light output wasn’t noticeably low yet, but my use is infrequent and for short bursts.
Only once did I try to deplete the battery fully, but the light never turned off and just got really dim. I’d be curious to see how many mAh it would take from that state, but I also don’t want to damage the battery without LVP…
I also got a green one from the BF deal. I was also hoping for another color. At least it makes a good gift.
Happening again. It’s been charging for maybe 12+ hours, with a few interruptions, and the charging light is still red.
The flashlight shines bright again, so it’s not like it didn’t recharge. My USB meter shows it pulling just 0.016A. I wonder why hasn’t terminated charging and switched to the green light.
Btw, even when it started charging with the battery quite drained, it was drawing only ~0.050A.
