Apple will sell you one! You get it with every release of MacOS X. And you can even buy an overpriced access point to keep your Time Machine data on - just be aware that they cook their PSU's and die prematurely.
A year later it appears the time machine is still for sale and with the save 13$ off 50$ coupon code you can buy the tank 566 5 mode for 9.10 and the extention tube for a couple bucks from dino direct .It was cheaper last year but the dollar was probably stronger and china wasn't a super power like it is now :P
