If you still get no answer, try the China branch. Those guys are fantastic.
I will do, as I’ve just had an answer, paraphrasing it as “that’s too bad, sorry, contact your retailer as we don’t hold spares here”.
Pretty poor, as I was actually asking to BUY one (I just mentioned that I was disappointed that a 3 month old clip broke so easily), didn’t even mention free replacement or warranty.
I’ll email China Olight and see what they say.
Losing the will now, I just remembered that the Olight came from Banggood, so I thought I would contact them and see what they say. I presume their contact us page is deliberately made obtuse to use to try and prevent contact?
They insist on pictures, no problem, snap a few pictures, upload to the contact page, still tells me it wants at least one picture! Even though 2 are uploaded and I’ve even made sure they comply with the upload restrictions 
It’s at times like this that I remember why buying at a B&M store can sometimes be better….
I gave up and just used the generic contact form instead.
That repair form is just impossible…
