Review: Prairie Fire D10 - 26650 with Side Switch

Thanks for the suggestion. I just ordered some new Enerpower 26650’s and some MNKE IMR 26650’s as well from EDC+.
I’ll do that in the coming weeks when I recover a bit from this battery expense :money_mouth_face:

Thanks very much for the review! Frontpage’d and Sticky’d.

Revised the OP with readings from my new meter. High of only 1.33A really stinks! And I thought it was bad at 2.0A!

I have just been going over the pictures here again and as most off you know not being the most observant person in the world noticed the pill reflector set up. To me its very unusual. The pill screws into the reflector and the reflector screws into the lights outer housing. Thats definately a low current 1.33 amps. lt would be interesting to see the difference in light output and profile with this driver if you ever put the XP-G in compared to the XM-L.

I do still plan to throw an XP-G2 in it, but it's low on my priority list. Now summer projects around the house are starting up too. I will post back if/when I mod it.

Very nice, understated form factor
