Thanks BR. Also got the TN10 back without the horrible ring, although a simple bezel change would have saved a little shipping cost (which they refunded by means of a Saber 1A).
Just re-read turboBB’s TN11S review - the head I got on the replacement is identical to the new head on the TN11S, which isn’t surprising, I guess.
