I just got my UT01 and I’m also surprised by how yellow it is. It’s not bad, but definitely warmer than my 4000k S2+, and warmer than my preferences, so it’s in the queue for a future emitter swap
Other than that, there are a few differences from my unit to some pictures of reviews here, the driver doesn’t have manker branding and the tail has double springs. The clip is not as crappy as I’ve read opinions about, and it is reversible, which I like, so besides the tint, the only thing I’d wish this light had extra was a tailcap magnet
I have three UT01 and one EDC05 and I just went into the hidden programming mode to program set the lowest moonlight mode and max turbo mode. I gained about 16% to 20% at turbo mode from the default output level of all of four of these lights. For some reason, the manufacturers decided not to set the default turbo mode to its max potential.
