@heat:
starting from 22°C after 5 mins on high, standing upside downon the table - using a IR thermometer
the MT-G2 had 55°C+ at the driver side of the head; the batterytube had 47°C and the cell 42°C
the MT-G2 had 43°C+ at the driver side of the head; the batterytube had 35°C and the cell ? °C (forgot to measure)
I don’t own any of these, so obviously fail for the giveaway.
However, thanks for the review and pics. Curious, how to you find the XHP50 vs the MT-G2? Do you think one works better than the other? Or does it really just come down to tint and nothing else?
Your beam shots make it look like the XHP50 throws better, but I don’t know if that’s the case.
Sorry to ask more questions. But in your review you said this:
Then at the bottom of the review this:
So I assume PWM was present. Was this on both, or just the XHP50? The pic for the MT-G2 didn’t have the lines.
In your reply to me you said this:
Can you give me a little more info? How/why is the MT-G2 a better package? What does it do better than the XHP50? I only ask, as I’like to order one, but only have the money for one of them. So need to make a choice. Thanks.
Your idea was for the winner to complete the set - have one of each JM35, if you also enter people who bought JM30, well, that’s a different kind of set.
I’d say don’t change the rules, but I’m biased, more people enter - less chance for me to win, so my opinion is pretty much invalid (planning on getting a JM35 and entering).
Giveaways by BLF members don’t have written contracts. They can change their rules however, whenever they please IMHO.
If its a giveaway by a commercial seller then I can see holding them to the initial rules
