Supernight 9xT6 light

I had a hunch that what the D3 stood for. :8)

Thanks!

Looks to me like some manufacturers have been reading up on the works of Tido, Werner and friends who have been making great headway into the lands of pwm controlled FET based drivers. BLF rules!

Thanks for the pics and I’ll keep you posted if I get the 12x.

I would say you got your money’s worth and then some.

Will wait for 18sixfifty review on the 12X XM-L2….look like my SP03 need to wait again

I would love to know if this particular form factor are similar among the various rebrandings. I’ve heard great things about several of these being amazing stock, all with different brand names. Perhaps it’s like the SRK and we need to pick these up before they start cloning and messing it up.

Uh oh

xml2 in this listing’s pics.

The copper-braid part got me shocked. :open_mouth:

Now they’ve learnt the science of flashlight. Of course I hope the driver, “copper braid”, heatsinking are consistent in all of their lights.

And what’s even better is a group buy. :stuck_out_tongue:

No review yet for this one 18sixfifty?

Got the Second XM-L2 version and it was another XML version. They did change it on their sight to XML so I’m going to be doing it in a day or so.

Just to say it’s still the brightest stock light I have ever had and I have had a bunch of multi-emitters. Only real problem is the mode selection. Low, Medium, High Strobe, Sos. Next mode memory. But if you can put up with that you will have the brightest light around. I also ordered another one off of e-bay and will get it tomorrow. I won’t have time for a couple days because I’m backed up on mods for other members here. But at least then I’ll have another model to put them up against.

Thanx for the reply…so it is not XML2. But anyway i am curious about the comparison against other light

Great! You can also go to SuperNight offical shop: http://www.supernight.cc, lower price and Free shipping!

Way to bump a zombie thread…

There’s only a 4x LED SRK clone, and not really that great of a price. FT has them for ~$25 shipped.

d3 is a zener.
protects the cpu from overvoltage from multiple cells.
looks like this mfr has been here to see our mods.btw what gauge are the wires on your meter?
at least you are not using the stock leads.they are like 28ga!
