Funny.

I ordered the TF SA2 a while ago for my parents and kinda liked it. To the point I ordered the Skyray S-A1 for my self from Manafont http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/sky-ray-sa1-r2-5mode-memory-led-flashlight-1aa-p-5555 . yes it is cheaper from DX, but I like MF ( seems to dispach quicker ).

MF also offers the 1 mode version for $10 and change for the SA-1 (might be similar)but it's branded Smallsun

The only thing they have in common is that they are both clones of the Nitecore Defender Infinity. The oldest "copy" with this body is the Ultrafire A10.

The Small Sun version is probably of low quality (just like every other Small Sun light in existence).

Dinodirect seems to be offering an R5 version of this light for a couple dollars more than DX's Q5. Anyone know if this is really an R5?

I got one from DX in July and it had an R5. Here is a simple mod to delete the strobe mode. Also the pill from the SA2 fits in the stainless C3.
