Yes, and ive bought from all 3, but the lights I buy/would buy from those 3 wouldnt generally be considered budget. Outside of a few romisens at shinning beam and going gear (which can be had cheaper elsewhere...though SBs has later LEDs and upgrades), not much in the budget category from these vendors that I would be interested in.
I couldn't care less about a orange boot but I voted for all of the above.
Maybe they Pop the bubblewrap on purpose to save space when stacking them?
Poor machining, very sharp edges, bad switches. Generally inconsistent and no quality control. No matter how cheap it is, If I can cut myself taking it apart, or if it does not work, or dies after a few times, then the budget feature is a waste.
