I ordered a couple things last Sunday 3-18 and it was dispatched on Monday 3-19. I'll let you guys know when they arrive.
My last order got to me in Australia in about 20 days but was stuck in Australia due to my mail being redirected to my new house as I forgot to up date my manafont adress, normal it's around 2 weeks the same for me ordering from the USA when paying for the postage. I brought a light from manafont last night I'll see how long this light takes to get here.
In Texas, I can usually count on about 3 weeks. My last order from them was over a month, but a lot of that was due to the package being held up in New York for about a week... 
It's not just Manafont and DX lately.
Today I received a package from LighTake. HK Post stamp is 12 days later than dispatch notification. After that, 10 days of actual transit, which is fine.
Not to mention that the aspheric lens I got is total crap. Unusable, like the one before that I got from them.
