now, whether more was written about the sipik or the xeno e03. a lot about both. this is not a complaint, just saying. based on volume written these are two of the most popular blf lights of all time.

( if i ever see the original sipik with its original 3-mode driver (see the new official product webpage!), then i might pull the trigger. even if the clones are louder or jump higher, i'd prefer the original )

Given how impressed I am with single mode clone/OEM version I want to try 3-mode version as well and see how good is the low mode on it.
I don't believe there is a low mode, its Hi-med-strobe
it wont be a real low Low-mode but 50% as always, and of course with PWM (as always too).
i have never ordered anything from TMART, so i cant recommend it personally.
I got one from TomTop on Ebay, for $7.58 shipped.
IMO, it is the chit!! 
Should stress that TMARTs is 3 mode.

Well, as long as its lower than HI, its LO for me :D
I want to see how good the MID mode is.
Not sure if Im willing to pay for one, but is there a way to change the driver to one that has LO mode? Are there any drivers this size and shape available for this particular Sipik clone?
Given how cheap this is and how good it already is people probably dont bother with such questions.
