I’m from the first batch and not receiving my GT yet :disappointed:

Luckily there are only a few people left from the first batch who have not got their light yet. These are being handled on a case by case basis.

I assume you filled out the new form that was posted on April 12? Has anyone contacted you with any info yet? Have they said they are doing a package trace?

i already contact leo from lumintop to check the package since its not moving from 11 feb, so i will wait further info from him

The 3rd batch went out last week, it goes up to 1425 or 1450 on the list, the final batch will be next month.

You list numbers? They are in post 5 of the OP, simply use CTRL + F to search for your user name.

Make sure it’s stays springy. Maybe you have a metal file, nail file or sand paper and can reduce the diameter of the black plastic piece a tiny bit so it never gets stuck again.

I will fix it when I get some free time, but for now it can work.

On 11/02/2018 both te 2 packages (Head & Tube) are shipped.
A few weeks later I recieved only 1 package, the head in a terrible damaged carton box packed by the master him self…Mr.???.

I think it is lost or soaked in the cargo of a large ship on it’s route to Europe.

No respons from anyone who is involved with the sell of the GT, except a standard answer via email from a guy who calls himself LEO.

I believe Lumintop is still waiting for the package trace info as per this post from 7 days ago.

Didn’t you already ask Paypal for a full refund? One of your posts said you were waiting on the refund.

Package not moved since 11/02/2018 (58 days)…waiting patient for full refund.

If that is true, why do you care about the battery tube? This is a bit confusing.

Ps, when you are mean and insulting, people don’t want to help you. That is a lesson life teaches us.

I am not mean, some other people are mean, they don’t answer emails….

I have not PayPal for a full refund, was just a thought of me because no one seems to care about the lost of the package (they don’t even answer me)

Glad you got your GT in time Mr Jason, if you where in my position you would probely also be very disillusioned.

Who is the bad guy…the one who payed for almost a half year and got nothing in return, or the persons who recieved my money and did there job not so well (see poor package) and even don’t answer or give a update regarding the shipment that is lost or whatever…

Sorry Mr Jason, I am a very understanding person, but they cross the limits in handling customers.

thommy, i can understand your frustration with the GT head and can’t use it at all.
Nothing much you can do except to wait until parcel arrive eventually or refund from Lumintop. Maybe they will resend the tube+tail cap without the batteries. The batteries can be the culprit if not declared properly. Gearbest stop shipping batteries to many countries now, shipping batteries are always problematic.

And what you can do too is to submit a paypal dispute and discuss with Neal/Lumintop from there when paypal protection is going to end. This is to solve the problem with peace of mind.

I’m assuming it wasn’t 1450 as I believe I hold that spot and have received no correspondence (which isn’t a problem. No rush here).

But unfortunately I have to tell you, it looks a little bit too light to me. I’m sure, one carrier is missing there
