What blade did you EDC today?

Get whatā€™s called a ā€œcheckering fileā€.

Youā€™re welcome!
I also have another version from AE. Theyā€™re almost identical but the blade of the Fura version is thicker (3.9 mm vs. 3.3 mm).

Iā€™ll have a look at those files. Thank you!

FYI I finished my review about this Fura friction folder / bottle opener with plenty of pics.

Thank you mate, gonna look into your review
This knifeā€™s look is growing on me! I only have a small knife and 2 a bit bigger (this & this) and wanted to try another small one, with ā€œreverseā€ pocket clip ! So this FURA or the AliExpress versions seem to be a nice option :sunglasses:

I do have one question: does this knife open easily on a pocket? That may be the only drawback, in case it does open easily!
Thanks for the review

Today Iā€™m carying one of my CMFTW customs. This one of my own design (though right up his alley design wise)
4.5ā€
CPM D2 hardened to 60-61
OD Micarta

Pic not from today, this tree is [thankfully] much fuller and healthier now!

It hasnā€™t opened in my pocket yet. Since it has a tip up carry pocket clip and a sheepfoot blade without a tip which will sit in your pocket against the rim of the pocket itā€™s not likely itā€™ll cause any problem.

Thank you once again for answering my questions  I will definitely get one of these  Just have to decide where from :money_mouth_face:

The postman dropped off 2 knives from KnifeCenter.

The Schrade SCHA5BR and the Kershaw Natrix both knives cost me $47.90.

Carrying my Randy Larsen Custom Damascus today with the burl mesquite scales. Use this pretty much strictly for food purposesā€¦ had it over 3 years already, time flies!

Beautiful looking blade :+1:

Fura Gear ā€œShrapnelā€ (review here):

Yes, i know the new models from Sanrenmu, i like for example the 9002 model. And itā€™s from Sanrenmu, not Land.

Carried my Sanrenmu (w/ slightly moded clip)

3 years and still looking good, I remember seeing a picture of that a while back.

Ganzo FB7621 (review here) this weekend:

Y-Start titanium flipper:

TwoSun calles it the ā€œCurveā€, I call it The Chefā€™s Folder.

I wanted a small box-cutter that wouldnā€™t rust, Blade HQ helped me out with the Stedemon Knives Mini-01, a Titanium frame lock with CTS 204-P blade steel that is thick, has a nice point on it, and should hold a great edge.

Very unique flipper, with the flipper mechanism on the end of the knife where it doesnā€™t exactly show itself for what it is. Pretty clever, nicely made, ceramic bearings and ball detent. Quick and easy to use, small and unobtrusive in the pocket.
